Some information can be updated directly through your account dashboard (Settings > Profile), such as your phone number, language preference, and notification settings. However, full name and date of birth cannot be changed by the user as it is used for identity verification purposes. For changes to critical account information, please contact our support team with a valid identification document.

To permanently close your account, please contact the ngamenjitu support team via live chat or email at support@ngamenjitu.biz. Before closure, make sure you have withdrawn all available MYR balance from your account. The closure process takes 3–5 business days. If your deposit fails, follow these steps:

• Check whether the funds have been deducted from your Touch 'n Go / bank account.
• If the funds not deducted – try depositing again. This error is usually caused by a session timeout.
• If the funds have been deducted but your ngamenjitu balance has not been updated – contact our support via live chat and include: transaction ID, amount in RM, payment method, and transaction time.

Funds are typically returned within 24 hours if a transaction fails to process.

ngamenjitu does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The full amount you enter will be credited to your account. However, some payment service providers or banks may apply their own small fees – this is beyond ngamenjitu's control. Check with your service provider for more information.
